These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas.
It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Please inform Lone Oak Lodge of your expected arrival time in advance.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival.
This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Office hours are 07:30 to 23:00 daily.
Check-in begins at 15:00 and no early check-ins will be allowed. If you plan on checking-in after 23:00 you must call before the office closes to check-in over the phone and obtain a lock box code.
Failure to do so will result in a late check in fee. We allow pets with $30.00 pet fee per pet per night.
Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note: On the day of arrival your credit card will be charged for the entire stay.
If the credit card on file declines, your reservation will be canceled and your room will be released back to the internet for re-booking. The Lone Oak Lodge prohibits smoking inside all rooms.
If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
